Description

Cabin system	Flame retardant 50mm EPS composite steel plate,sheet thickness of double 0.376mm,added to the two sides of keel,improve the anti pressure strength. Sheet metal color plate door.Each door inside and outside the plate using 0.8mm molding.Work door with a special 2mm thick aluminium alloy frame,to ensure both sealing and solid.
Air make-up system	Air inlet fan system: 17.5Kw turbo fan. Exhausted fan system: 15.5Kw turbo fan Air capacity(M/S): 22000m3/h. Air flow speed: 0.38m/s. Exhausted ducting-6meter straight ducting, and one 30 degree elbow.
Purification system	Pre-filter-G3 Grade. Ceiling Filter-EU5/F5. Floor filter-green fibre glass filter/G3 grade. Exhausted fan filter-green fibre glass filter and active carbon.
Heating system	Infrared heating lamps-10 groups,each 3*1000W infrared quartz tubes.Total-30Kw. 3x16W with LED lamps,be energy saving and longer lifetie,8 groups at roof,each group 3x16W. Illumination-900Lux.
Controlling system	Switched control panel-spraying & baking switch,lighting switch,emergency stop,breakdown alarm,failure alarm,pressure gauge.
Total power	Painting power: 8.5Kw Baking total power: 30Kw
